What does a typical yacht charter come with?
All charters come with a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of soft drinks and snacks. The exact offerings may differ depending on the charter type — for instance, sunset cruises may include upscale snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while corporate charters provide facilities for meetings and specialized catering choices.
When should I reserve my charter?
To ensure availability, we suggest making your reservation 2–3 weeks ahead, or even longer in advance for peak seasons, which run from May to September. For corporate gatherings and exclusive parties, reserving 4–6 weeks prior allows for ample selection and personalization time.
What if the weather turns bad?
Our primary concern is safety. If the captain considers the weather to be hazardous, we will offer an alternate date for your charter or issue a total refund. We keep a close eye on the weather and will get in touch with you 24 hours before the set sail if the forecast is dubious.
Is it permissible to bring my own food and drink?
Guests are indeed welcome to supply their own food and drinks. Nevertheless, we can also arrange catering services which include specially tailored menus to suit your tastes. Please observe that for safety, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Do you provide yachts that are accessible for individuals with mobility issues?
We aim to accommodate all guests, and therefore some of our vessels are outfitted with better features for accessibility. We encourage you to discuss any specific requirements during the booking process, and we will suggest the most fitting yacht and make any necessary preparations.
Can you tell me about your cancellation policy?
A full refund is provided for cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to departure. For cancellations that occur between 24 to 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund is issued. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, except in cases of inclement weather or mechanical failures on our part.
